What to expect
- 1Send us the deal
Email or call your Account Executive. A quick conversation tells us what your client needs.
- 2Soft quote
We send you a soft quote to review with your client: the likely rate, terms and loan amount.
- 3Client Portal
If your client wants to move forward, we send one Client Portal link: the exact needs list, simple online forms and secure upload. Forward it straight to your client.
- 4Lender sourcing
As documents come in, we package the loan and take it to our lenders to find the best terms.
- 5Fee agreement
You tell us the fee to charge and we send a fee agreement. Your client signs it before we share the lender's terms, and the fee is paid only if the deal closes.
- 6LOI
We send the lender's letter of intent for your client to sign and return with any deposit.
- 7Processing and closing
Our processing team sends a kickoff email to everyone, keeps the deal moving through underwriting and gets it closed. You get paid at closing.
